Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Solutions Architect to join our team, supporting United States Operations Command (SOCOM) in maintaining and enhancing the cloud environment through DevSecOps practices. This role involves developing technical functional designs, leading technical delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of high-level IT solutions for government networks and systems. Your expertise will be crucial in creating secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.Job Duties Include (but not limited to):Develop comprehensive enterprise-wide system architectures and technical functional designs that align with project goals and technical requirements.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT platforms, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security tailored to government networks and systems.Design and manage data ecosystems supporting large-scale data processing, storage, and analysis, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with government regulations.Work closely with stakeholders, including government clients, project managers, and development teams, to understand requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices and innovative solutions.Lead and assist in creating and maintaining programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution. Serve as a mentor to junior architects and IT staff.Ensure all solutions comply with relevant government regulations and standards, including security protocols and data privacy laws.Develop integrated roadmaps considering future technological opportunities while maintaining awareness of government security limitations.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology field, with a focus on DevSecOps, AI/ML engineering projects, and technical architecture.At least 3 years of experience deploying production enterprise applications in AWS that use AI/ML.Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data management tools, and network security protocols.Experience with deploying containerized microservices in a Kubernetes infrastructure, with exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.Experience with multiple operating systems, including LINUX, UNIX, and Windows-based systems.Experience in large-scale, high-performance enterprise big data application deployment and solution architecture in complex heterogeneous environments.Familiarity with security aspects of software delivery (code analysis, vulnerability checks, ATO) or general security-related solutions.Required CONUS & OCONUS travel to Jordan, D.C., and Tampa, FL.Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.Education & Certifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
