Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Workforce Management Professional 2 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance).The Workforce Management Professional:Assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives.Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level.Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction.This role supports Doctor Call Phones in operational needs through back office and phone short range forecasting and combining data from multiple platforms to present to the businesses we support.Location:

This department operates between 8AM and 12AM Eastern M-F. The shift for this role will fall between regular business hours. Additionally, the role will also require working a weekend rotation (monthly), an overnight testing rotation (quarterly), and some holidays as needed.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications1+ years of Workforce Management experienceWFM platform experience within Five9 and VerintExperience within Avaya and GenesysAdvanced knowledge within ExcelComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, and PowerPointExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detailMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesAbility to work a flexible schedulePreferred QualificationsAdvanced DegreePrior experience in Process or Project ManagementScheduled Weekly Hours : 40Pay Range : The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $52,500 - $72,300 per year.
