As the

Senior Performance Marketing Manager , you will play a key role in driving the evolution of our business to meet evolving customer needs and improve customer experience. You will be instrumental in designing and executing a robust media and measurement strategy. Your expertise in the media ecosystem and deep understanding of industry best practices will be key to maximizing ROAS, particularly through paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Performance-Based Marketing Campaigns -

Plan, strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across channels (e.g., Facebook, Google) to drive acquisition, maximize ROI, and meet KPIs.

Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance -

Use data analytics to monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per acquisition), provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies for optimization.

Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams -

Collaborate with agency partners, business unit owners, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.

Mentor and Train Team Members / Educate and Aid Franchisees -

Provide training and guidance to team members and Franchisees ensuring they are well-equipped to execute and optimize marketing campaigns effectively.

Manage and Optimize Paid Media -

Oversee and fine-tune paid search, paid social, and digital advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, ad creation, bidding, and budgeting.

Develop Marketing Attribution Models -

Contribute to the creation and management of marketing attribution models to assess the impact of various campaigns on member growth, franchise growth, and member retention.

Implement and Manage SEO Strategies -

Develop and execute both technical and content-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase visibility.

Maintain Data Accuracy and Integrity -

Configure and manage tracking systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), ensure high-quality data collection, and uphold rigorous A/B testing and data analysis.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends -

Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Assist and Educate Franchise -

Help franchisees by reviewing or helping to develop and execute their media strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance and growth marketing, preferably in a multilocation/franchise, membership growth capacity.

Strong understanding of how to build a marketing funnel that converts.

An ability to optimize paid media for scale, RoAS, and other metrics-driven KPIs.

Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media advertising platforms.

Expertise in SEO strategy, both national and local, to drive both website traffic and store traffic.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to go beyond the basic project/job description.

Good analytical skills with an ability to build dashboards.

Solid presentation skills in both preparing reports as well as sharing leadership readouts.

Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment while effectively managing multiple tasks is required.

Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not essential.
