A law firm is seeking a highly motivated Taxation and Wealth Planning Associate Attorney to join their Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in general tax, trusts and estates, and estate planning. This position requires strong academic performance, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of tax-related issues impacting individuals, families, and businesses. The attorney will work closely with clients including trusts, estates, corporations, and tax-exempt organizations.Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in matters related to taxation, trusts, and estate planning.Advise clients on wealth management, asset protection strategies, and tax-efficient planning solutions.Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.Assist clients in the formation and management of trusts, private foundations, and family-owned businesses.Represent clients in probate proceedings and trust administration matters.Research and analyze complex tax laws and regulations to provide practical solutions to client needs.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on significant estate planning and tax cases.Develop and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication and legal advice.Stay updated on changes to federal, state, and local tax laws that impact clients’ estates and financial planning.Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in general tax, trusts, estates, and estate planning.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia and South Carolina.Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills.Experience working with a range of clients, including corporations, family-owned businesses, private foundations, and other tax-exempt organizations is preferred.Education & Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) required.Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation is strongly preferred.Admission to the State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar.In-depth knowledge of tax laws, estate planning, and wealth management.Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.Location:
