Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Cardiovascular (Stress Test)Shift : Days / 7a-3p, 8x5, 40 hrs per weekLength : 13 weeksWeekend rotation: Every other Sat/Sun – 8a-12pHoliday Expectations: done in rotation with other staffRequirements :
SD License1.5 years experience as RNExperience in stress testing is a must, peripheral IV start skills; basic assessment skillsComfortability with management of common IMC level drips to include: Heparin, Insulin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Levophed (up to 5 mcg), occasionally esmolol drips (will train if traveler has not done these) or other Betablockers or other antihypertensivesCompletion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursingBLSACLSOther details:Charting System: Epic, Alaris, OmnicellWill accept a first-time travelerPatient Ratios: 2:1 -- 2 RNs OR 1 RN and 1 physiologist per testUnits: Cardiovascular DiagnosticsEpic Travel Staffing:
