What you’ll do:
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead a team of enthusiastic individuals to deliver our high standard of service, maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and ensure that our customers leave satisfied. Your focus will be on enhancing the overall dining experience, optimizing operational efficiency, and upholding the values and culture of our Sammy’s Family.
Qualifications:
* Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred, but not required.
* Strong leadership skills
* Computer Skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold our company's standards. Full time, Flexible shifts as manager/server!
Customer Experience:
Ensure that each guest enjoys a delightful dining experience by maintaining high levels of service and attending to customer feedback promptly and courteously.
Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all dishes and beverages served meet our quality standards, and work with the kitchen staff to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.
