Rosebud Restaurants, a Chicago staple for nearly 50 years, is seeking Food Runners/Bussers to join the team at our new Boca Raton location! At Rosebud Restaurants we honor tradition and quality when it comes to the guest experience. Food Runners and Bussers play a key role in ensuring an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will be able to perform calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, is a skilled multi-tasker, maintains a positive attitude and friendly demeanor, and most importantly, works diligently with our team to ensure all standards of guest services are met.

Responsibilities:
Efficiently deliver food orders from the kitchen to the designated tables, ensuring accurate and timely service.
Familiarize yourself with the menu items to answer customer inquiries and make appropriate recommendations.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure all orders are complete and meet quality standards before delivery.
Clear tables promptly after guests finish their meals, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area for incoming customers.
Reset tables with clean utensils, napkins, and condiments, maintaining an organized and aesthetically pleasing dining setup.
Monitor table turnover and assist in expediting service during peak hours.
Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Anticipate guest requests and promptly fulfill additional requests for items like water refills, condiments, etc.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces regularly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards by sanitizing tables, chairs, and all dining surfaces frequently.
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to optimize workflow and streamline service.
Collaborate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain a smooth and efficient dining operation.
Support colleagues during busy periods, offering assistance wherever needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the restaurant to another.
