Children's National is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence ("BI") Engineer in the healthcare industry to design, develop, and implement reporting solutions for a growing data analytics team.

The role involves creating complex enterprise-level data assets that provide valuable business insights and support decision-making. These assets include (but are not limited to) reports, visualizations, dashboards, and data extracts using tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud. Producing detailed reports and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis using Electronic Health Record (EMR) data to address key business issues. Additionally, you will combine your analysis with subject-matter expertise to deliver clear, insightful takeaways, comprehensive readouts, and actionable recommendations based on the data.

In this role, you will also contribute to the development of the BI strategy and mentor team members to help standardize work processes across the BI team. Playing a key part in ensuring consistency and best practices within the team, with a focus on enhancing business intelligence capabilities.
