DescriptionPosition Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Card Programs Team to manage the Credit Score and Merchant Offers programs. In addition, the person in this role will be responsible for helping to identify, size, and in some cases implement new revenue generating opportunities that we identify. The Card Programs Team is responsible for managing revenue generating and cost saving programs that are available to cardmembers.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
Manage vendor(s) responsible for the Merchant Offer programManage Merchant Offer platform migration from current vendor to new vendorCreate and execute marketing strategy to drive engagement with the Merchant Offers programCreate and manage go to market strategy for the new Merchant Offers programBuild roadmap of enhancements to ensure the Merchant Offers program drives card usage and revenuePartner with vendor responsible for Credit Score programCreate and manage roadmap of enhancements and partner with internal teams to execute approved roadmapIdentify and size opportunities to gain additional revenue from Merchant Offer and Credit Score programs.Identify and size new revenue opportunities, and build proposals to socialize for internal alignment and approvalsBuild, maintain, and enhance customer journeys to optimize customer satisfaction and revenueBuild, maintain, enhance, and monitor reporting and create/maintain forecastsHandle issues management and resolutionPosition Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment.2+ years of Project Management experience2+ years of Vendor Management experience, including experience with the contracting processProven track record of leading cross-functional projects through a successful launchProven ability to navigate many different departments and build trust and develop strong relationships to drive consensus and achieve resultsProven track record of building strategies that drive revenueProven track record of creating analyses with recommendations that were implemented with measurable resultsProven track record of identifying viable solutions to business problems and implementing themStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skills – verbal and writtenExperience creating process flows and procedures documentsProficient in Excel, Word, PowerPointPreferred (Not Required)
