The anticipated starting salary range for New York-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $250,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.

- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of investment banking experience; MBA degree and 3 years of investment banking or closely related experience
- Experience working specifically in Biotech required
- Meaningful equity capital markets and M&A transaction experience required
- Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback
- Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
- Analytical and financial modeling skills
- Client management skills
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional work ethic and a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
