Job Summary

We are seeking talented individuals for various Client Services roles at our digital content solutions agency, including Account Executive, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Account Director. These roles are vital to ensuring we maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality content strategies. Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day operations, communication, and project timelines.
    • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
    • Provide strategic input, ensuring solutions align with clients' business goals.
  2. Project & Account Management
    • Oversee the execution of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring projects are on time and within budget.
    • Organize and lead client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions.
    • Monitor and manage project financials, including invoicing, budgeting, and forecasts.
    • Track progress using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Teams) and ensure transparency across all stages of the project.
  3. Creative & Editorial Collaboration
    • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions for content ideas and strategies.
    • Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and are aligned with brand goals.
    • Provide feedback on creative work, ensuring projects are client-ready and error-free.
    • Support on-location production logistics as needed.
  4. Growth & Business Development
    • Identify opportunities for organic growth within current accounts and support business development efforts.
    • Participate in pitch development, helping craft strategies to attract new business.
  5. Team Leadership & Mentorship (Senior Roles)
    • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback for career development.
    • Set the standard for account management excellence, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with a range of experience, from entry-level to senior roles. Depending on the position, qualifications may include:
  • Entry-Level Roles (Account Executive): 1+ years of experience in a creative or agency environment, strong organizational skills, and a can-do attitude.
  • Mid-Level Roles (Account Manager): 3+ years of account management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and client relationships.
  • Senior Roles (Senior Account Manager / Account Director): 4-5+ years of experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large accounts and teams.


General Skills Required for All Roles:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Trello and Teams.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and a strategic thinker.
