Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Transformation Office team, located in Atlanta, is seeking a Lead Analyst. This role is responsible for providing analytical and reporting support to Portfolio teams and the Transformation Office central team. The incumbent must possess a solid understanding of industry concepts, general business knowledge, financial modeling skills, intermediate accounting skills, and proficiency with IT software and systems. Additionally, being an excellent communicator is paramount.

Responsibilities
  • Developing reports: Understand business need and data sources to provide answers to the relevant questions, Structure and automate reports to minimize the time required to repeat the analysis
  • Maintaining reports and data: Modify and reconcile reports when underlying data structures change, Use judgement to exclude outlier initiatives that skew reporting
  • Developing CEO and Board communications: Summarize key takeaways from the V3x30 meetings, Communicate in a structured, top-down manner, Produce documents of the highest presentation quality
  • Develop dashboards and potential data deep-dives for V3x30 discussions
  • Provide ad-hoc problem solving and work with key stakeholders to drive issues to resolution in: Development of targets, Development of V3x30 governance , Reconciliation with actual financials or other sources, Accolade configuration changes, Developing communications drafts (including workshop materials)
  • Lead preparation of regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports for corporate or regional financial organizations as required
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve reporting processes
  • Before the meeting: Issue meeting materials, brief Chief V3x30 Officer and Office Director on issues/update (as needed)
  • During the meeting: Prepare VC/dial in and run presentation, track, consolidate, and distribute all action items from meeting
  • After the meeting: Send out action items, Follow up with the teams on completing follow-up actions and provide guidance on small issues
  • Willing to be onsite a minimum 3 days per week

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or economics
  • Previous work experience in strategy or business development
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Pragmatic problem-solver (80/20)
  • Ability to work effectively in a high pace environment
  • Ability to communicate well with roles of all levels
  • Modeling knowledge
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred qualifications
  • Master's degree in business or economics
  • Previous work experience in business consulting company
  • Proficiency on the development of Power Bi
