World Travel Service is looking for an Online Support Specialist. This person would need to have extensive knowledge and experience in Concur implementations for both new sites and site conversions. The support specialist team is responsible for current online booking tools, which include Concur, Get There, TripSource, and GetGoing. This support includes site administration, onboarding, and related projects.

The successful candidate will not only work directly with internal departments and external clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable quality and scope; and ensure all aspects of each project are completed whether it be a new implementation, site conversion, or support after go live and beyond.

Skills:Proven working experience in online implementations, support and/or project management, with an emphasis on Concur.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteExperience in process management (design, document and implement processes)Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Sabre preferredExtensive travel industry experienceGood analytical thinking skillsGreat empathy for customer needs and patience with demanding customers

The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 5 years of experience in Concur administration, to include new implementations and conversions. This candidate must enjoy working in a team environment. Face to face meetings with customers will be required whether in person or virtual. Some travel could be required.
