The Director, Treasury Management Sales role is primarily focused on generating new to bank and developing existing full-service treasury management and depository relationships within Commercial Bank. The TSO-Director partners closely with an established team of bankers to ensure proper alignment of strategies for all Treasury Management products.Responsibilities:
Work independently, with minimal supervision, and in partnership with market bankers to develop new profitable business from prospective business clients; develop and execute strategic account plans.Meet periodically with targeted clients to ensure proper servicing of accounts and expand existing business deposit and Treasury Management relationships.Develop territory plans, account strategies, and call plans required to consistently achieve revenue goals.Maintain senior level contact (Treasurer, CFO) with top and high priority clients.Partner with internal stakeholders when representing the client perspective in the development/evolution of products and solutions.Maintain strong industry knowledge, stay current on competitor offerings, and provide market and competitor feedback to ensure competitiveness.Coordinate the activities of marketing, operations, production, and other staff support personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Treasury Management products. Prepare sales reports, proformas and other reporting as required for compliance and internal assessments and procedures.Educate and advise bankers of new TM product development initiatives.Participate and assist in general marketing activity as required for trade shows and other targeted industry events.Ensure client service deliverables are achieved and hold partners accountable by managing issues, escalations, and error resolution.Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operation risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.At least 4 years of financial services experience.At least 4 years of treasury management sales experience.Advanced knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management Services and deposit products.Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent desired.The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 USD to $155,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
