Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
Supporting the Digital Marketing team with the creation/implementation of digital initiatives, project organization, & administrative tasks
Preparing bi-weekly analytics reports with Google Analytics, Shopify, & Klaviyo
Writing SEO-friendly website copy as necessary, like updating metadata & engaging blog posts
Creating e-blast & SMS copy that clearly & creatively communicates brand activations & product information
Researching SEO keywords and best practices
Monitoring websites for outdated content & troubleshooting technical issues
Compiling required information from brand managers & sales teams for new products, landing pages, & various digital content
Identifying potential digital partnerships for product collaboration & micro-influencer support
Sourcing relevant stock images & videos
Assisting with Klaviyo-related projects like maintaining existing flows & creating forms
Brainstorming & contributing to team meetings
Maintaining & updating the digital marketing calendar (campaign dates, product launches, marketing activity)
Replying to customer reviews and SMS inquiries as needed
Working with social media manager & digital marketing manager on influencer research, outreach, and follow-up
Requirements:
1-2 years of digital marketing experience
Strong copywriting & analytical skills
Excellent time management, prioritizing, & organizational skills
Detail oriented & proactive
Some experience with HTML & CSS
Basic knowledge of email marketing & SEO best practices
Understanding of digital marketing KPI’s
Able to pivot between team & individual work
Efficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, and Excel
CRM & CMS experience (Klaviyo & Shopify preferred)
