This role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite work required. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in commercial litigation, preferably with a background working on matters involving financial institutions. The position will focus on handling document productions, discovery, and drafting motions.Responsibilities :Oversee and manage document production, including organizing and reviewing materials for commercial litigation cases.Lead discovery efforts, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for admission, and document requests.Draft, review, and file legal motions and pleadings in accordance with court rules.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely case progression and adherence to litigation deadlines.Conduct legal research and assist with trial preparation as necessary.Provide legal advice and counsel on complex commercial litigation matters involving financial institutions.Qualifications :Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in the state.A minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on financial institutions preferred.Expertise in document production, discovery, and drafting motions.Strong knowledge of court procedures and the ability to work independently on litigation matters.Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
