This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.
Vice President, Capital MarketsThis position will support the Capital Markets group in the Enterprise Investment Office. The Capital Markets team is charged with arranging third-party debt financing and hedging solutions across the growing platform and building relationships with debt capital providers. We oversee a $17 billion book of subscription line and NAV credit facilities across a range of investing strategies and commercial formats. This provides a unique opportunity to have impact and exposure across the entire platform. We are seeking a driven finance professional to help lead execution and strategic growth and innovation in the evolving fund finance area.
This professional will:
Build strong cross-functional relationships and embrace the culture
Foster relationships with external financing partners and be at the forefront of thought leadership in the space
Provide mentorship to colleagues and contribute to the strengthening of the team’s capabilities and contributions to the platform
Qualifications:
6-10 years professional experience DOQ
Experience in private markets, fund finance, consulting and/or banking preferred
Fluency in credit fundamentals and contractual arrangements
Leadership capabilities on transactions and projects
Excellent quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
High degree of intellectual curiosity on alternative investing strategies, particularly the private markets.
Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
