We spend our days working to “do good” and our services bring hope to organizations during a crisis.Position Overview:The Director of Partner Marketing is responsible for developing and managing reciprocal sales and marketing agreements with service providers and industry associations that serve similar customer targets in key vertical markets (e.g., finance, healthcare, IT, manufacturing). This individual will identify, build, and nurture relationships with partners to drive Agility Recovery services outreach and new customer revenue with prospects in key vertical markets through joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, lead sharing, and shared go-to-market strategies.Key Responsibilities:Partner Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with Agility Recovery leadership to create and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aimed at building reciprocal relationships with service providers, technology partners, and vertical industry associations that align with the company’s target customer base.Partnership Identification & Cultivation: Identify potential partners, conduct research, negotiate contracts, and build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations to establish win-win marketing and sales collaborations.Co-Marketing Initiatives: Develop and manage co-branded marketing campaigns, joint webinars, content collaborations, and events with partners to drive brand awareness and generate demand across shared audiences.Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure partner programs are aligned with sales goals and deliver measurable impact on revenue growth through shared lead generation efforts.Vertical Market Focus: Lead the identification and development of partner marketing strategies tailored to key vertical industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, manufacturing) to ensure our services align with industry-specific needs and trends.Performance Metrics & Reporting: Set clear KPIs for partner marketing initiatives, track performance, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the effectiveness of partnerships and co-marketing campaigns.Partner Enablement: Work with internal teams to create partner enablement materials such as sales decks, co-branded assets, training programs, and marketing collateral to ensure partners can effectively market and sell the company’s solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Agility Recovery sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives and integration of partner offerings into overall go-to-market strategies.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or business development, preferably within the B2B technology, SaaS or business continuity sectors.Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue and growth.Strong understanding of vertical markets such as finance, healthcare, and IT, with the ability to tailor marketing strategies to specific industries.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various internal teams to drive partnership success.Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing partner marketing programs.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, or a related field and graduate study preferred).Job Type:
