Fully Virtual Occupational Therapist Opportunity
Duration: 2024-2025 school year
THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE FOR 25 HOURS/ WEEK.MUST ALREADY BE LICENSED IN WA.
Responsibilities:Conduct virtual assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' goals and objectives.Provide onlinetherapy sessions and interventions to address students' occupational therapy needs.Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other educational professionals to support students' progress and success.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and related documentation.Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as needed.
Requirements:Master's degreein Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.Current Washington state OT license and appropriate credentials to practice in WA..Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in an educational setting preferred.Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with a virtual network.Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms and technology.
