ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 2024/2025 school year in Compton, CA. This full-time position serves a K-12 population and offers an excellent opportunity to make an impact on students' growth and development. We're looking for someone who is ready to interview and start immediately.
Position Details:
Hours: 35 hours per weekCaseload: K-12 studentsDuration: Starting ASAP through June 6, 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services to K-12 students with a variety of needsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansCollaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progressMonitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as neededMaintain accurate records and follow all school policies
Qualifications:
Active California OT licensePrevious experience working with a K-12 population preferredStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
