ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Forest Park. The OT will provide therapy services to students with disabilities in a school setting.Overview:
Full Time5 Days a Week35 Hours Per WeekStart: As Soon As PossibleEnd: June 2025
Responsibilities:
Evaluate students' abilities and develop individualized treatment plansProvide therapy sessions in a school-based settingWork collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school professionalsProvide guidance to teachers and staff on strategies for supporting students with disabilitiesMonitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryMaintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Requirements:
Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyActive Illinois OT LicensePrevious experience working with children in a school-based settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
