In this role, youll provide individualized therapy services, focusing on improving students' physical, sensory, and motor skills to foster independence in the school setting. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure each students success.Responsibilities:

Provide Therapy: Assess and deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions to help students develop motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care routines.Collaborative Support: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and home settings.Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluations in compliance with school district policies.Develop Programs: Create and implement therapy programs designed to enhance students academic and functional outcomes.Training & Education: Educate school staff and parents on strategies to support students' occupational therapy goals.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license.School-based experience is highly preferred but not required.Ability to work with students with a variety of physical, cognitive, and sensory needs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families.Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability to work in different school environments.
