Key Responsibilities:
Assess students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional capabilities to uncover learning obstacles.Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address each students individual needs and objectives.Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions through interactive activities and exercises.Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop strategies that promote students academic and social growth.Advocate for student needs within the school environment and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institutionCurrent state licensure as an Occupational TherapistCertification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)Preferred: Experience with school-aged children

Initial 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy RecruiterFollow-up 20-30 minute virtual interview with the schoolTypically, offers are made within 24 hours of the virtual interview
