55kWhat You'll Be Doing:
Respond to technical support queries via email, phone, and in person.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.Maintain desktop equipment and anticipate potential issues.Assist with IT projects and system upgrades to improve infrastructure.Provide on-call support on weekends and holidays as part of a rotation.What You'll Need to be Considered:2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, etc2+ years of troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
