Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech and language assessments.Create and implement personalized treatment plans for students with communication challenges.Deliver speech therapy services in individual and group settings.Track and document student progress with accuracy.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.Attend IEP meetings and contribute to discussions about students' speech and language needs.Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid Virginia license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.Experience working with elementary and pre-K students with communication disorders.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to maintain precise records and meet deadlines.
Additional Details:
Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.Caseload: ElementaryInterviews are being conducted on a rolling basis.
