Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs.Provide speech therapy services in both individual and group settings.Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into speech and language needs.Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid California state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.Experience working with school-aged children is advantageous but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, requiring 32.5 hours per week.The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12th grade.Hourly rate: $55.Interviews are currently underway.
