Primary Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs.Deliver occupational therapy services in both individual and group settings.Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy interventions.Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to optimize student outcomes.Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights into occupational therapy needs.Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.Valid Maryland state license or certification in Occupational Therapy.Experience working with school-aged children is advantageous but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours per week.The caseload includes students from Pre-K through elementary school.Hourly pay is $42.Interviews are currently being conducted.
