What you will be doing:Resolves internal and external customers' technical problems on the technical support call center, customer emails and from applicable Franklin Water Systems websites.Manages the activities and projects of assigned technical support staff.Provides technical training resources and new ways to deliver technical information.Manages technical document projects.Drafts technical letters, self-service publications (i.e. AIDs, FAQs) as needed.Who we want: If you are a self-motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
