As the SEC Reporting Manager, you'll be at the heart of our external reporting process, working closely with the VP, Corporate Controller to ensure we meet the highest standards of accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. What you will be doing:Support the month end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, eliminations and consolidations and ensure that areas of responsibility are completed accurately and in a timely manner in line with company deadlinesDrive internal and external reporting, including SEC filings under Forms 10-K and 10-Q and the quarterly earnings releaseProvide technical accounting guidance and ensure transactions are accounted for in line with company policy and US GAAPCoordinate with the external auditors for the quarterly reviews and annual auditImplement, document and maintain adequate and effective internal controls and SOX compliance for all areas of responsibilityServe as a business partner in support of FP&A, Tax, Treasury and other business leaders to ensure alignment and consistency of financial results and operating plansGuide the business on accounting impact of various deal structures contemplated, including accounting support for acquisitions and other business development activitiesChampion operational improvements (including systems implementations) and process simplification within the organization to drive growth, enhance efficiency, and eliminate complexityWork collaboratively with internal business partners to develop and implement enhanced internal reporting, including working with IT to upgrade financial systemsResponsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulationsWho we want: If you are a self-motivated and collaborative individual who is passionate about making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field (required).Five or more years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (required).Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (required).Public company (SEC) reportingManufacturing company reportingAcquisitions and valuation experienceProcess improvement experienceAdvanced Microsoft Office suite skillsIntermediate database & JD Edwards skillsDon't feel like you check all the boxes?
