Essential Functions:Facilitate discussions with various departments to document requirements, intended outcomes, features, and functionality.Develop and document functional specifications for system enhancements.Ensure clarity in requirements to prevent scope creep and unnecessary tasks.Document business requirements following industry best practices and internal PMO processes.Create workflow diagrams to outline business goals and project scope.Coordinate deliverables with the Project Manager, including scheduling, tracking activities, and preparing status reports.Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating integrity and commitment to efficiency and innovation.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with knowledge of software development lifecycle (waterfall or agile).Ability to develop requirements based on professional standards (e.g., PMI or similar).Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst on IT projects.Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.Strong technical, leadership, and business analysis skills.PMI certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.Interview Process:
1 round remote interview, possibly followed by 1 onsite round.
