Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong IT background to support various projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in documenting requirements, coordinating project deliverables, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires someone who can ensure project success by adhering to industry standards and best practices while maintaining a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :•Facilitate discussions with various department personnel to document requirements and specifications, including intended outcomes, features, and functionality.•Develop and document functional specifications related to system enhancements.•Ensure clarity of documented requirements to avoid scope creep, unnecessary features, or non-value-added activities.•Document business requirements in accordance with industry best practices and established project management processes.•Create functional workflow diagrams to capture business goals and high-level scope.•Coordinate project deliverables with the Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, tracking activities, and creating status reports.•Demonstrate a commitment to superior customer service, integrity, innovation, and efficient, fiscally responsible operations.
Required Skills:•Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with IT knowledge and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (waterfall and/or agile).•Ability to develop requirements based on industry standards (e.g., PMI or similar).•Four-year degree or equivalent education in Information Technology or a related field, with a minimum of five years' experience as a business analyst on IT projects.•Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.•A blend of technical expertise, leadership, and business analysis skills is highly desirable
Nice to Have:•Professional certification in PMI (PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
