Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst (Software Test Analyst) to design, implement, and manage both manual and automated testing processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience with testing tools such as Selenium or Provar, along with strong proficiency in Java. This role involves creating test plans, managing defect processes, and configuring test environments while ensuring seamless integration with application lifecycle management tools. The candidate will also mentor junior staff and play a key role in the automation strategy and release planning.
Responsibilities :•Develop and document test plans and sprint planning materials.•Design and implement automated test scripts, including creating and maintaining the test and maintenance plans.•Identify areas or test cases ideal for automation.•Prepare presentations, including PowerPoint slides.•Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy.•Oversee and manage the defect management process.•Perform regression testing and manage changes effectively.•Approve and review the completion of maintenance tasks within the automated testing tool.•Set up test environments (DEV, UAT, QAT, PRE-PROD) and configure test suites integrated with lifecycle management tools.•Set up automated tools for script generation according to standards and integrate them with the application lifecycle management system.•Develop test data management plans for automated scripts.•Share the results of automated test runs to support release planning.•Serve as a point of escalation for more complex issues related to automated testing.
Required Skills:•Over 5 years of experience with Selenium, Provar, or similar automation testing tools.•More than 5 years of experience in manual testing.•Proficiency in Java.
