About the Role: In this position, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Gap Inc.’s in-house Photo Studio, ensuring the success of multiple simultaneous product photography projects. You’ll play a vital role in managing both laydown and on-figure photo shoots to maintain high-quality, timely asset delivery. Responsibilities: Support daily operations for concurrent photo shoots within the in-house Photo Studio. Create shotlists, ensure data integrity in workflow tools, and resolve shot request variances. Partner with Sample Coordinators to track outstanding samples for shoots. Schedule and oversee the workflow of product laydown and on-figure photo shoots. Manage high-priority projects within the studio pipeline to ensure timely asset delivery. Serve as the main point of contact for sample and shotlist integrity questions. Provide weekly photography metrics and data analysis to the Account Management Team. Publish and maintain seasonal shot guidelines ensuring adherence to budget and strategy. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to prioritize and independently handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in photo and video production, as well as project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build cross-functional partnerships. Technical proficiency in PC and Mac OS platforms, Excel, Microsoft Word, and FileMaker Pro.
