We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to join our Vallejo, CA team!

WHAT You'll Do

Serve as a credible HR partner to line of service managers and staff members.Lead HR initiatives within the organization and provide leadership on complex staff issues (i.e., investigations, progressive discipline, harassment or discrimination allegations, etc.). Actively participate and lead in the design and execution of all Onboarding activities for line of service to ensure effective assimilation into the organization as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements.Participate in special projects as needed and assigned and/or may participate in the development of more junior HR staff, if required.Effectively hire, coach, and develop assigned staff members to ensure they are providing the highest level of support to managers and staff members within the assigned region, where applicable.

WHAT You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field OR equivalent related experience. Applicable HR certification preferred.6 years of HR Management experience including experience in handling employee relations, investigations, separations, recruiting, performance management, and organizational design.Experience supporting and leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work as well as juggle multiple projects to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines.Ability and willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Compensation

Competitive nonprofit compensation, based on experience, plus a generous benefits package. Salary range for Vallejo, CA: $109,900-$150,279.
