)The Center for Precision Imaging at the Massachusetts General Hospital MartinosCenter/Harvard Medical School has openings for highly qualified individuals at the postdoctorallevel to work on PET molecular imaging probe/molecular therapeutics(theranostics) development. Our Center is at the forefront of personalized imaging andwe are working to pioneer novel imaging and therapeutic agents for individualizetreatment of cancer. We have a long-standing interest in developing and translatingtargeted biological PET probes for improved tumor characterization for personalizingcancer treatment and autoimmune conditions. Over the past decade, we haveproduced many PET and optical imaging probes for assessing immune systemactivation, receptor imaging, imaging of the tumor microenvironment and interrogation of metabolome. Our group has led some of the first efforts to diagnose therapeuticresistance through receptor imaging and feedback loop signaling, monitor and predictthe immune response in cancer immunotherapy and utilize targeted imaging todetermine effective therapy dosing, among others. These efforts have led to two first inhumanimaging agents, most recently 68Ga-NOTA-hGZP for imaging granzyme B,currently in open trials for clinical validation.Successful candidate(s) should have a proven track record of continuedachievement and be self-motivated with strong work ethic, a commitment to teamworkand effective communication skills.
