RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently partnered with a direct seller insurance company with a national presence in recruiting for a Marketing Analyst, Digital.This opportunity offers an excellent base salary + industry leading benefits package along with a collaborative and innovative company culture.ResponsibilitiesWork with outside agencies and inside partners to collaborate, troubleshoot and review data tracking and reporting for consistency and accuracyDevelop reports and data visualizations for ongoing measurement for omnichannel marketing including advertising, direct mail, addressable media, online marketing, SEM, email, and other marketing campaignsProactively analyze prospect, customer, and competitor related data to extract actionable insights for marketing planning and decision-makingCommunicate research and analytical findings and implications to managementMay be called upon for additional duties
RequirementsA bachelor’s degree is required; a master degree is preferredOne years or more relevant experience is preferredHands on experience with data analytics and report building is a mustExcellent mathematical skills required and strong statistical background preferredAble to approach issues proactively and prioritize/reprioritize in a dynamic work environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of spreadsheets and database programs such as Excel and Access, and proficiency in statistical and reporting tools such as SAS, Tableau, and MicroStrategy are preferredKnowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, SQL is a plusExperience with digital analytics tools and tag managers such as Adobe, Google Analytics
