As the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll join our Product team in working to communicate our unique vision and compelling value proposition to the market. Your focus will be on close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Strategy to identify opportunities, implement best practices, and lead initiatives that directly impact Earnix’s accelerating growth in the financial services sector. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you’ll build a strategic framework of intelligence-based market awareness and GTM excellence, delivering on our vision to create a personalized, connected world with a relentless focus on what’s next.Join our rapidly growing team in a leading fintech scale-up serving the insurance and banking industries. We’re looking for a talented and entrepreneurial team player to help convey the compelling value proposition and differentiation of our offerings to Insurance Carriers and Banks through engaging storytelling and a talent for converting complexity into simplicity.What you’ll do:

Collaborate on the direction and prioritization of our product strategyListen to the needs of our GTM teams and build effective enablement addressing their needs and priorities while providing strategic directionLead the creation of an ongoing series of playbooks, from Sales execution and product launches to campaign support and moreExplore new and unexpected opportunities in marketInteract with market influencers – including analysts, research firms, thought leaders and more – to create a robust information flow of external perspectives into key areas of our companyDevelop tactics to capture the many proof points and success stories of our customersMaintain a relentless focus on the ever-changing marketYou’ll do it using:

Strong background in B2B(2C) Enterprise SaaSExperience in working within the financial services industryDemonstrated experience using current MarTech tools and platformsExcellent problem-solving and project prioritization skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insightStrong technical and analytical skills
