We are looking for a skilled Manager, Paid Social Media Marketing to join our team and work alongside other paid media experts to drive strategic growth. In this role, you will develop and execute our evergreen social strategies, managing everything from creative concept through performance analysis. Ideal candidates will have experience with Meta and LinkedIn platforms and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where decisions are informed by data and results are meticulously measured. What you’ll do:

Campaign Management : Own the creation and execution of Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.

Performance Oversight : Review all reporting metrics, analyzes and identifies performance drivers, and communicates account health through data storytelling

Planning & Execution : Develop and execute Paid Social campaigns that align with business promotions and product offerings as well as drive to core KPIs.

Trusted Advisor : Provide reliable, data supported, guidance to internal teams, ensuring confidence in forecasts and strategies.

Operational Excellence : Ensure high-quality timely campaign execution

Budgeting: Manage budgeting and budget forecasting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Always On Testing: Create and execute ongoing testing plans for creative, copy, landing pages, betas, etc

Team Management: Empower and support team members to perform at their best. Assess performance and provide feedback to employees on a regular basis

Who you are:

5+ years of experience focused on Paid Social channel management

1+ years of team management

Hands on experience in campaign development, execution, and optimization across paid social platforms and Meta specifically.

Demonstrated analytical skills, experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker

Highly Proficient in Excel used specifically for pivot tables, vlookups, and data trend analysis

Strong quantitative track record of driving business growth through performance marketing

Previous experience in a subscription based / SaaS software company preferred
