What you’ll do:

Campaign Management : Own the creation and execution of Paid Search strategies across platforms like Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.

Performance Oversight : Review all reporting metrics, analyzes and identifies performance drivers, and communicates account health through data storytelling

Planning & Execution : Develop and execute Paid Search campaigns that align with business promotions and product offerings as well as drive to core KPIs.

Trusted Advisor : Provide reliable, data supported, guidance and channel expertise to internal teams, ensuring confidence in forecasts and strategies.

Operational Excellence : Ensure high-quality timely campaign execution

Budgeting: Manage budgeting and forecasting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Always On Testing: Create and execute ongoing testing plans for ad copy, landing pages, betas, etc

Who you are:

Expert level SEM proficiency

3+ years of experience focused on high budget ($250K+ monthly) SEM channel management

Hands on experience in campaign development, execution, and optimization across various search engines

Demonstrated analytical skills, experience using Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker

Experience with 3rd party management tools, preferably Search Ads 360

Highly Proficient in Excel used specifically for pivot tables, vlookups, and data trend analysis

Strong quantitative track record of driving business growth through performance marketing

Previous experience in a subscription based / SaaS software company preferred
