Job Description:

Experience with modern design tools and principles, utilizing critique, design basics, and design-led influence, are crucial to the success both as an individual contributor and team member. As a designer, your work will touch many products crucial to the user experience and core business, as well as helping build and maintain the highest level of design integrity for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers and engineers to translate business and user requirements into design-driven solutions.Lead the design of new product features and enhancements from ideation to launch, ensuring the design meets user needs and aligns with business goals.Work with UXR to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions.Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.Present design concepts and user insights to stakeholders and effectively weed through feedback to extract inputs that improve the design.Collaborate with other designers and contribute to building a strong design community.

Qualifications:

6+ years of experience designing digital products, with a focus on UX/UI design.A portfolio of work demonstrating your expertise in designing successful commerce experiences.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking and methodologies.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
