Team Leadership:
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing digital team, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving strategic goals.
Market Insight:
Monitor industry trends and advancements in health tech to inform product development and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation:
Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the effective integration of new technologies into the company's operations and offerings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and technology partners, to enhance collaboration and alignment.
Performance Evaluation:
Analyse digital performance metrics and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve overall digital engagement and effectiveness.
