We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Senior Vice President of Innovation for a leading data analytics company based in San Francisco. They are seeking a visionary leader who can drive innovative initiatives and elevate the company’s market position.

Role Summary: As the SVP of Innovation, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s innovation strategy, ensuring the development of cutting-edge data analytics solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of creativity and forward-thinking within the organisation.

Key Roles:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement an innovation roadmap that aligns with the company's overall vision and market demands, focusing on data-driven solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to identify emerging trends and opportunities for new offerings and enhancements.
• Talent Development: Build and lead a high-performing innovation team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation within the data analytics sector, ensuring the company remains competitive.
• Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and support for new initiatives, ensuring buy-in and collaboration across the organisation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $260,000.00 per year
