Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementationsCreate and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user storiesFacilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and resolve conflictsCollaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutionsQuality Assurance:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scriptsPerform thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance testingIdentify, document, and track defects using appropriate toolsValidate that implementations meet business requirements and adhere to best practicesProvide detailed test reports and recommendations for improvementsServiceNow Expertise:

Leverage in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSMStay updated on ServiceNow releases and new featuresProvide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and recommend process improvementsAssist in configuration and customization of ServiceNow instancesQualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional in ServiceNow implementationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in creating detailed documentation and reportsPreferred:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in relevant modulesExperience with Agile methodologiesKnowledge of ITIL frameworksFamiliarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript)Experience in change management and training end-usersSkills
