We are seeking an attorney with four to seven years of litigation experience, including at least two years focused on employment law, to join our growing employment practice and represent individuals in employment-related claims.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and whistleblower claims.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with support staff in developing effective and efficient litigation strategies.
  • Oversee case-related resources and timelines to ensure efficient progression of cases.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with clients by providing regular updates and empathetic guidance throughout the legal process.
  • Remain up to date with the latest developments in employment law, industry trends, and precedents to inform case strategies and client representation.
  • Actively contribute to the expansion of our firm by identifying potential growth opportunities, participating in networking events, and showcasing your expertise.

Qualifications:
  • Active membership in the New Jersey Bar, in good standing. Admissions to either the New York or Pennsylvania Bars are a plus.
  • Minimum of four years of comprehensive litigation experience in New Jersey State and Federal Courts, including a minimum of two years of practice in employment law.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in independently managing all stages of litigation, from initiation to resolution.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and adeptness in building strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.


Salary offer determination will be based upon candidate's years of experience and work history.

Compensation Range:

$120,000-$170,000 USD
