Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,476 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSURE AHA ACLS (required for some units as listed) NIHSS (required for Stroke Center facility) Job Details Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. PBDS Assessment – waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Job Requirements ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Must have PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Schedule Information Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
