Certification Details AHA BLS State Licensure AHA ACLS NIH Stroke Certification (If required and the facility specializes in stroke care) Job Details Travel/Contract position for Registered Nurse in Med/Surg Telemetry at Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Dayshift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. Job Requirements MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start PBDS Assessment – waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Schedule Information Dayshift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
