Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,412 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS ACLS NIH Stroke Certification Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Travelers will rotate every 2 weeks) MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND PBDS Assessment – waived ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Job Requirements Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert. Schedule Information Contract length 13 weeks D/N rotating shift: 12-hour shifts, 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm Traveler required to work at least every other holiday. Unit Specific Information Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. Perm experience in Med/Surg Telemetry is expected prior to travel assignments. Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. Online training modules and pre-start preparation materials must be completed.
