Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,893 per week

Certification Details AHA BLS ACLS NIHSS cert State License Verification Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. Facility is willing to approve up to a 24 week contract. Please confirm your travelers desired contract length at time of submission Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked. Job Requirements MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Schedule Information D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights etc. and can be further discussed with the NM as needed.) Additional Details Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
