Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,432 per week

Certification Details MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required. Job Details Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital – Med/Surg Tele RN. AUTO OFFER Facility is willing to approve up to a 24-week contract. Traveler must work at least every other holiday. PBDS Assessment – waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked. Schedule Information D/N rotating shift: 3x12's 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (Travelers will rotate every 2 weeks)
