is currently seeking a hard-working and self motivated individual who is interested in cultivating relationships with our new and existing customers as a Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Rep .

The Allen Turner Chevrolet BDC is our call center that is responsible for expanding our company's customer base while developing and maintaining relationships with our current customers. The BDC acts as a liaison between the marketing, sales and service teams by cultivating strong relationships with customers, from first contact to closing of the deal and follow-up.

Starting at $40,000 year!

(Pay is hourly PLUS Commission and Bonuses)

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with appointmentsCall center environment; with hourly objectives of phone calls made and appointments set.Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, text messages, videos and phone calls with the goal of setting an appointmentContact customers based on current marketing incentives to generate dealership trafficFollow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-showsProvide customers with initial information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resourcesUtilize CRM tracking system dailyOther duties as assignedQualifications

Prior customer service experience requiredAutomotive BDC experience preferredAvailable to work flexible hours and some SaturdaysExcellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improveMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksPrompt and courteous demeanorPositive and hardworking personalityStrong computer skillsBeing bilingual is a huge plusValid driver's license and clean driving recordWilling to submit to preemployment drug screen and background check
